Excellent Service and Amenities
breakfast buffet central location warm welcome
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices and high-quality ingredients. The central location allowed easy access to various attractions! The spa was good, I especially enjoyed my time there. The staff greeted me with warm welcomes at the elevators, in the lobby, and at breakfast.

the room was excellent. breakfast met my expectations. front desk concierge were very helpful .
the carpet looked dirty. the sofas needed a clean. the hotel seems outdated and needs a refurbish.

unavailable room missing refund
the hotel is conveniently located near key attractions, helpful for getting around.
i was disappointed with the check-in process. i arrived late in the evening and the room i booked wasn't available. they offered me a beautiful king room burj khalifa view as an alternative, but it didn't have the sea view i was expecting (the burj khalifa is excellent, i guess). also, the promised refund for the difference in room cost never materialized. i had to follow up multiple times with customer service, a real drag.

rooftop indoor pool great views half board package included beverages
The rooftop indoor pool was a highlight. It offered relaxation after a busy day. i appreciated the variety of food available at dunes cafe. It made dining convenient. the staff were excellent and highly helpful. i found the terrace on the 42nd floor offered great views.
I found none of the drinks were included in the half board package. in my opinion, at least still water should be included. the lack of included beverages felt restrictive.
